What if you had a stop watch counting down every moment till you meet you soul mate? What would you do? Where would u go the day it would run out? What if your soul mate wasn't who you expected? Everyone is born with a eternal stopwatch constantly ticking, counting down the exact moment when you meet your soulmate. It's a small number on your wrist like a tattoo, but you are the only one that can see it. Mine ends in a few days and I am scared out of my mind. What if he is a jerk? Or what if all he wants is sex? Or what if he rejects me? I don't know what I am going to do! I turned around and was meet with the softest lips on the planet. We kissed softly at first but it became more and more passionate. He pulled me onto his lap facing him. My legs were wrapped around his waist and he never broke the kiss. my second chance (Haikyuu au)
This is a haikyuu soulmate au. The way the soulmates work is they will get a colour stripe on their dominant wrist, the colour will be their soulmates favourite colour and will be scented like their soulmate. Their soulmate's initials will be engraved in with the stripe. if the initials are white then the soulmate is platonic and if the initials are black then the soulmate is romantic however this can change but that is very rare. The stripe appears at birth. It is possible for someone to not get a stripe but some people can get a delayed soulmate and develop their stripe later but not all. If the soulmate is romantic, then the soulmate will stay true to the persons sexuality. If the soulmate gets hurt the person will be able to sense where (if its physical pain). Mental pain works slightly differently so for example, their soulmate is going through grief, they can feel ever so slightly what the soulmate is feeling so sometimes people can be found suddenly tearing up, even in the happiest of moments, of sadness. If the soulmate is uncomfortable or has been harassed, the person will get visions of it almost like looking back on a memory. when soulmates kiss their stripes will glow slightly.Complete

When you turn 18 you can hear your soul mate a.k.a tap into their thoughts.
