After having to face the harsh reality of being fired from his State job in addition to his failing love life, Mordercai returns home to his family and friends in an attempt to regroup before getting back out into the "real world." But, his joyous return quickly fades to black when a potential "mate" is murder at a speed dating event. The body count continues to rise all around him as he and the people he loves are placed in great danger.
