Human experimentation. Its a thing, and why not experiment on the mad, unwanted, freaks of asylums? Levi, a psychopath that killed his entire town by an unknown reason, doesn't agree with what the government is trying to do. And when he is put in a cell with a schizophrenic with the same ideas, the world is about to face the real abilities that the mad possess.
