Egregore (also egregor) is an occult concept representing a "thoughtform" or "collective group mind", an autonomous psychic entity made up of, and influencing, the thoughts of a group of people. - Wikipedia.
In Tibetan Buddhism, according to the Bardo Thodol, this concept is also known as Tulpa. This being can also be an object and It is believed that the sheer thought brings to life and materealize it into a physical form.
An enchanted forest with a sinister history which was once believed a legend until the day an adventurous young man decides to take the risk and get to the bottom of mysterious dissapearences throughout the old Darnell Village history and uncover the curse that dwells inside Tulpa's Woodland.

Fear, fear is such a thing that keeps us in the dark. It is not necessary to be afraid , fear pulls us towards something that takes us towards darkness. Another name for fear is spirit, some people believe in it and some people don't. There are two types of spirit,one which only makes us feel their presence, they don't hurt us but another one pull us towards them . He tries to bring us into his world. Some people forget themselves while trying to know the spirits. And there are some people who are mixed with all these, who know everything but still pretend to be ignorant. To know about the spirit there are some studies we study. We should know only as much as we need to know, we should not know more than what is necessary and get involved in them. The train seems familiar, like something from a story their Grandmother used to tell them, but the train isn't quite what it was in Gran's story. This story is an entry in the Open Novella Contest 2022. The prompt was "When Grandma told them about the train that comes once a year to take children to the land of dreams, the siblings thought it was just a silly old legend. But then, they heard a steam whistle in the middle of the night." I'm taking that idea but changing it pretty drastically.
