At first-- it still wasn't quite normal. Theres a mew disease that started giving people strange 'extra' body parts. Like lion manes, cat ears, snake tails, gills. It was a strange disease that apparently only covered Japan, and seemingly, no found cure. Later, another disease spreads. Though it only seems to affect those who had the previous disease, making them go crazy and literally- mindless It spread to fast, and too violently. These 'mutations' started killing the 'fresh'. The Fresh, that was very few. Those who luckily haven't caught said disease.
