Hailey is a 14 year old girl... but though she may look like your average girl, she's not. When she was born she never learned to talk, her parents thought it would pass and she would eventually talk. But when that didn't happen they took her to the doctor who said she may never talk, unless she gets an operation . Hailey never got the operation and still does not speak.All Rights Reserved
