It is the year 2020, and an American team of paleontologists, led by Dr. Rosenthal, have sent out a distress signal from the Lingshan Islands. He and his team have just dug up what they believe to be an alien artifact. The Korean infantry, led by General Kyong has set siege upon the islands after picking up a signal from the artifact. Thus, Raptor team are sent in, with the core task of evacuating the paleontologists and securing any valuable information they have. From there, things start to go downhill. Raptor team lose members of their team and discover that Rosenthal's find has awoken a mysterious race looking to take back their home planet. Strange things start to happen that could end the entire human race. Forever.All Rights Reserved

These machines of destruction are responsible for the blazing heat that is incrementally destroying the Earth. What causes complications for Laura's progress is her growing attraction to Merc, oddly because he's as void of a conscience as she is. She needs to figure out if Merc knows where the machines are so she can shut them down. Merc in turn, needs to stop Laura from finding the machines to keep Earth on its path to ruination. They are more powerful than they are letting on, and have no qualms about killing the other.
