Arthur woke up in a hospital room.
"What's going on?"
Doctors turned around to look at him.
A long silence.
"You got hurt."
"How?"
"It's best... It's best if you remember on your own."
"Huh?"
"You will remember. It may be in a day, in a year, in a decade, but you will remember."
"Okay?"
"If you feel okay, you may go home."
That's when he realized that Japan and Prussia were both sitting in the room.
"Oh, uh, hey Kiku and Gilbert..."
They looked nervous.
"Oh, hello, Arthur. I am glad you woke up." Japan said.
"Uh, yeah..." Prussia followed.
England raised an eyebrow.
"Well, we're going home, right?"
"Yeah..."

When England returned home, everything seemed normal. Alfred was still there. So was France. Why was France here?
"Bonjour, Arthur. I'm glad you're okay."
"I'm so confused."
"About what, mon ami?"
"What happened?"
"I am sorry, ami, but I cannot tell you. Doctor's orders."
Prussia and Japan looked at each other. How many drugs had they given him?

As he observed it closer, he noticed the apperition looked exactly like him, but with a darker hint. Alfred was terrified and tried to run. But the other was just as fast. He glared at the Real America with scarlet eyes, his dark brown hair wavering in front of his face. As the imposter smiled, a single tooth had been missing. The bomber-jacket wardrobe and denum jeans remained the same, but the attitude differed completely. It wasn't long before the second Alfred had changed things. He kept the first Alfred in fear, threatening him constantly with his nail-embedded baseball bat; which had been blood-stained over time from innocent victims. And through those harsh years, Alfred learned-from Italy-about his other being. And Italy said: "They are called 2Ps; Second Players. They are the evil and mean versions of us, and they call us 1Ps; First Players". From that day forward, Allen, Alfred's 2P, had run his life like a dictator. When a young and perhaps too-curious state comes across some files, she decides it is her own personal mission to solve the missing-twin mystery. This, however, proves more challenging than not when old scars are reopened leading to a series of events which brings the world to its knees. With forgotten prophecies and mysterious attacks threatening the lives of once-strong countries, the world is inevitably falling apart. So how is it, with all the chaos going on, a missing lady, a set of twins, a naïve child, a sickly teenager, a frightened mother, a celestial body and a queen all bring about the darkest hour the personified nations have ever faced?
