The Marionette (Naruto Fanfic)

A marionette is a puppet controlled from above using wires or strings depending on regional variations.

A marionette's puppeteer is called a marionettist.

Ryuu Senshi-Hatake is just that, a marionette. A mere puppet at the hands of her village.

Like all ninja, her strings are pulled by the Hokage in anyway necessary to benefit the village.

She has a broad skill set ranging from protection details to assassinations that she carries out like any ANBU would; emotionless, derived from the mission details and with flawless precision.

But she is simply a child in the eyes of many and because of that the Hokage decides that she would attend the academy with kids her age, turning her world upside down.

Along the way she gets a new brother and new friends before losing the latter, not by choice but a consequence of seeing old friends.

But what happens when she meets an old teammate's little brother for the first time?

The answers simple really, she falls hard and fast for another Uchiha.
