Red. A colour of love and passion, but a colour of anger and pain. 

People say you have a choice of who you fall in love with and that your mind can defy your heart, but doesn't your heart always end up defying you mind?

I never liked the colour Red,  until I fell in love with a girl who was fixated with it. It was, and still is her signature colour, whether it be the colour of her bag, her bracelet, or the colour of her lipstick. She always wore red and it never looked better other than on her.

The colour drew me, it grew on me and then I became fixated on it too.

I didn't know what I was getting myself into when I fell in love with Scarlett. The red girl. 

No one knew, not even I.

But she will never know my true feelings towards her.

 She can't ever know the truth, the secret of my heart.
