Ananchel Ewan is no angel, namesake aside. But she HAS seen them. In this day and age, it's becoming more common to see them, as the Nephilim, the descendants of the original human and angel pairings, become regular faces in society.

But in her small town, the closest she's ever gotten to any celestial being was the local news- until now.

Zuriel is not your average Nephilim; in fact, he may not be one at all. He does not remember his real parents, only that he was named after the Angel of Harmony, who held dominion over the sun sign of Libra.

Wherever he goes, his gold speckled wings and amber eyes draw plenty of attention, and he cannot count the times he has been told he must be a reincarnation of Zuriel himself.

But this is his life, he accepts it, he deals with it, and it's fine. That is, until he wakes up in the middle of the woods to find a girl he could swear he's seen before standing over him, wondering how in the hell he got there.
