This poem is based on the thoughts of a prisoner, who is disheartened at the thought of how selfish he had been in his past - leading to his imprisonment. His mind is flooded with regret and the urge to rebuild himself.

The feeling of being unheard, unloved, and misunderstood. The flooding wishes to be treated as a breathing human being, all written in a piece of crumbled paper. She simply writes using her tears as an ink. To heal, to be heard, to love and be loved. It's a journey with a mixture of pain and joy.
