Read with caution. This poetry shows my journey to the worst of my depression and anxiety over 3 years, and now my progress towards stability.

Literally my inner monologue in poems since October 2015, and it's really depressing and possibly triggering. I never really realised how depressed I am until recent, but it's not a new thing, as you can see from these poems. I started this when I was twelve an things have just been getting worse.. oh well. Enjoy.

Trapped in my own head
She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order. A collection of poetry, all written by me. Some of its kind of sad, and kind of dark. But it's all based, however loosely, on real life. A note before you read: I'm glad you're taking the time to read my poetry :). But before you do, I'd like to mention something. Poems with a deep meaning... Naaahhh!!!! I started writing these poems because, books were not cutting it for me! So much is bottles up inside of me and the fact that I can have a pretty dark and morbid imagination didn't help! Then I heard "Therapy" by NF and I decided to try my hands at this! I don't know if they're good, (I'm trusting you to tell me) but I do know it helps me to vent! To those who have strong stomachs, I hope you enjoy this book! The first few poems may not seem worthy of being read but... later down in the book they get better. To some, my poems are beautiful; to some, my poems are shitty and they are rubbish💀. The Words I couldn't Say
This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to. I probably won't ever go back or read any of these because it's like revisiting a bad memory so don't expect much in terms of editing. Also I wouldn't consider this poetry but it is laid out that way. WARNING Talk of depression, suicide, anxiety, and self harm. Don't read if you don't like things like that and may get triggered. I don't mean to cause anyone problems of any sort, but these are the things I feel and can't help. Please keep negativity away as this is a sensitive subject for a lot of people. Thank you.
