During his final hours, Pierre Beaumont has been given another chance by the Goddess Arusuma. He is transferred from his world to her's, Lost Saga. She is willing to give him this opportunity, but only if he's willing to fulfill her request.
Her world is slowly dying, and the ruler is attempting to make himself a god and push Arusuma out of the image. Unfortunately, she is unable to intervene with the business of Lost Saga due to the Laws of the Creator. However, she has found a potential candidate who might be able to save her world.
