Gisselle's parents get deforced when she's nine years old. She only lives with her mom and has no siblings. Being an only child with divorced parents isn't the best situation to be in. Then something starts to happen and she's freaked out and doesn't know what to do with the problem. Now at the age of 13 she's in eighth grade trying to fit in with all the kids and not to seem so "different."
She has friends and is well known around school because she's smart and well... funny
Her friends know about her situation, but she doesn't really want to make it a big problem...
