Aspiring writer Freya Telford has a lot on her plate: mum left, her house caught fire, Uncle Johnny died: plus she's inherited Ashford Estate in Kent that's apparently haunted like a horror show.

With her father Steve and younger brother Ryder, they move into the abandoned Estate with hopes to renovate into a grand hotel. The Ashford Estate has its secrets and Freya is determined to know why the chair in her new room scrapes back to the other side, or why is there a cold presence surrounding her bed and most importantly why does the leather-bound diary she newly discovered seems to appear and disappear in the mysterious dark vault.

Is it a poltergeist or someone stuck in lost time?
