Leah is a sixteen year old girl who has been beating by her father for three years after her mother died  in a car crash. Leah has took the beating but now she is ready to leave it. She plans t end her life one night and she tells her best friend at school that day because there was no point of being a live and keep dealing with the beatings she gets. But her friend made a deal with her. If she doesn't find a hero that will protect her and care for her by the end of the year ,they are sill I  there first week of school, she will let her do it because she knows what Leah goes through everyday.

Alex Harth is a sixteen year old boy who gets everything and anyone  he want s. He's popular and is a total player. One day him and his friends were making bets and Alex got bet that he couldn't get Leah Winters to fall in love with him by the end of the first semester and he excepted.
