And one homecoming dance changes it all. Meredith develops a crush on her nemesis. Derek begins falling for his enemy. The minute they admit their feelings for each other everything falls apart.

20 years later, Meredith and Derek are in the same scenario. Both competing for a chance to become chief of surgery. But now that their adults, will they still have feelings for each other or will they move from the past.
