Magic is dying. It's being leeched out of every corner of the multiverse, dark forces driven by greed wanting all that power and wanting no one to be able to stand in their way. Soon, those parasites may become an unstoppable virus, no way to destroy it.
Stephen Strange vowed to kill the parasite before all of his own magic is lost. In these desperate moments, there is no time to waste, and when a woman named Evanora shows up, he enlists her help.
A Sorceress Supreme, Evanora may be Stephen and Rachael's best bet. That is, if Rachael would trust Evanora, if only a little. Stephen can't understand Rachael's distrust, as he finds that Evanora understands him, perhaps to an even greater extent than Rachael herself. And Stephen cant seem to help finding himself more drawn to Evanora than he ever thought he would be.
