Michaela York and Evan Harvey have been best friends for as long as they can remember. Now as college students, something threatens to rip their friendship apart forever. A string of murders have happened in Hunts Point, Washington, leaving the authorities stumped. While some have said that the murders were caused by wild animals, there are a small percentage of those who believe that the town's group of resident vandals, in which Michaela has become a part of recently, has something to do with the rise in crime within their community. There are signs that Michaela's new found friends aren't who they seem to be. In a town where everyone talks, Evan is forced to see Michaela for who she's become, but will he be able to accept his best friend's new view of her life as she knows it?
