People at school say she's quiet and closed-off, but she's nice to me. She's hiding her awesome self under baggy clothes and the brightest, pinkest hair I've ever seen. I don't understand why she's picked on, and I don't like it. Her medical bills are mounting, so I'm doing something about it. Paige and I pretend to date to remove ourselves from the rumor mill and win the Golden Couple's cash prize. What I don't expect is to catch feelings for my 'first trust,' the first friend I can open up to and be myself around...my girl Paige.
