The Diary of a Runaway Princess

After a young princess is suddenly accused of starting a war, she falls unconscious after trying to run away from the attack in the middle of the night and wakes up in an unknown hospital bed, not remembering anything from her past life. Sitting next to her bed is a teenage boy who she later learns is one of the hottest actors of Hollywood. What will happen when he finds out who she really is and what she has done?
