This story was the first of the "Collaborative Novelette Project" created and organised by Quinnan Oldham (https://www.wattpad.com/user/KageSeishin). The project involves members of our guild coming together to write a section of a story to form a novelette, which according to the 'Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America' and the 'Nebula Awards' is a story of between 7,500 and 17,500 words.
Our first novelette was written by Mukate Zimba, Vinoda Vamadeva, Khadijah Sardar (https://www.wattpad.com/user/QueenxStealth), Lancelot Spencer (https://www.wattpad.com/user/Lan-Hikaru) and Quinnan Oldham.
This story follows Marissa as she meets teen detective, Angelo, and gets wrapped up in a frantic adventure to solve the mystery behind the murder of Lady Jinx in the sleepy town of Havoc.
