Jade McIntire is flunking out of WWU-Witches & Warlocks University. While retaking Potions & Lotions 201 for the third time, on the eve of Halloween no less, she meets up with a High Warlock of McScreamy proportions who delivers an urgent quest. Part 1: The Witchdom Series (a very short novella) A quest, which for this witcherly-challenged, WWU near-dropout, seems impossible to achieve. Just when she thinks the task has been accomplished, she learns she's been summoned-a High Warlock somewhere has chosen her for his future, High Witch mate. But if she can't pass Potions & Lotions, how in the netherworld can she pass High Witch training? What's a lowly witchling to do, when the High Warlock of her McNightmares comes knocking with marriage on his mind?

Last edit Jun '23 Grace is stuck, lost, and feeling a little stupid. How could she think this was a good idea? She was supposed to look after her sister and cousin, not get conned into a road trip with their dead-beat mother. Now they were in hicksville-nowhere shifter town with the police deputy calling her his mate? What? But how could she even think of being his mate when she is stuck in some nowhere town with her sister and cousin, who she is responsible for? She had to get them all home. Does she even want to go home? Being the Silver Thread Valley police deputy was a tough job. But Logan was living the good life. He couldn't imagine living in a more perfect shifter town with his relaxed, solemn bear. None of his family thought anything would rattle his bear. Until his bear chased down Grace Steadmond. The angel of his dreams. Grace was perfection, angelic, ethereal. He was going to show her how perfect she was. Even if that meant fighting a pack of lions and a crazy mother to do so.
