Awake or Asleep?

The world has gone cold North Korea has taken the United States under its control. The what used to be green lands has turned into battle grounds that nobody can fathom. Homes have been destroyed, lives have been seized and it’s every man for themselves. Millions of people are dead and or dying of radioactive poisoning. Although many people struggle to stay alive the world isn't getting any better. Five teenagers who hate each other at school fall into comas from a missile that went off near their school. In another world they're best friends who have great times. What happens when they all wake up. Do they go back to hating each other or automatically become best friends like they were in their dream world?
