Melanie Carter- A hardworking woman with a bad attitude but doesn't seem to think so of herself. She's a designing diva. Owns her own business in fashion, styling, etc. Melanie is so hardworking, that she barely has time for her own family. But everything isn't so perfect in her world, it's more to her than what meets the eye. Her past comes back for her and makes future plans not so good.

August Alsina- R&B sensation. Also hardworking and very dedicated to his grind. One day when he see's "her" he's completely un-interested. Something sparks into him when he believes that he change her for the better, but what he didn't expect was for her to come with so much baggage.
