[英語が苦手なあなたのためのはじめての洋書] One in a million Nanami Uchiyama 読者対象:英語初級者 読むのにかかる時間:1時間以内 -Story- What would you do if you were sitting in the classroom minding about the schedule for your weekends and suddenly, a hot blond-haired guy who you’ve never seen before just came in from the front door? This is a story of a girl. Author's note: Dear readers from other countries apart from Japan: I wrote my story from my point of view and I setted my story in Japan so this story have some Japanese words in conversations, Japanese slangs, particular settings which is local and Japanese foods you might never heard of! I hope you enjoy reading my story :) Please let me know if there is something you are not sure about or can't get the meaning of. But First, Google it (cause it will let you know to find more about Japanese culture !) and let me know in the comment if google doesn't help you so that I can help you. Why I wrote this story : Cross-cultural exchange is inevitable in our lives especially for our generation. And it is not only about to take communication but to be able to understand the different cultures and to coexist with them now and for the future in this global society. In Japan, students are not confident about their English level. But I believe that is not what should be cared about because English is a tool of communication and what we should do in the real world is to be able to do cross-cultural communication. So as a solution to these two points, I wrote this story . I hope many Japanese people will read my story and understand what is cross-cultural communication( communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds) is like and also gain confidence in themselves by complete reading my story. グローバル化する社会における異文化との交流は日本に生きる私たちにとって避けられないものになっていまAll Rights Reserved
