Things aren't always how they seem, so always keep an open mind about things, and always try to give people, especially people who care for you, the benefit of the doubt. Because sometimes, they do have your best interest at heart after all .....
THIS IS A SHORT STORY I WROTE FOR THE SCHOLASTIC WRITING COMPETITION 2013. I KNOW IT'S WEIRD AND AT TIMES ILLOGICAL, BUT HEY, I HAD A DATELINE. I'M NOT THE KIND WHO CAN RUSH OUT A STORY, GIVEN A TITLE AND A TIME FRAME. I'M THE KIND WHO DAYDREAMS TILL AN IDEA POPS IN MY HEAD, THEN SPENDS WEEKS(ACTUALLY, JUST A DAY OR TWO, BUT MY MIND DOESN'T USUALLY JUMP TO THE TASK IMMEDIATELY. IT PREFERS TO JUST LIE LOW, THEN SUDDENLY GET TO WORK ONE FINE MORNING. OR AFTERNOON. OR EVENING. OR NIGHT.) THINKING IT THROUGH AND LOGIC-FYING IT. SO, APOLOGIES FOR THE SHODDY WORK. HAVE A NICE TIME READING IT, AND CHEERS TO THOSE WHO DOES READ IT.
P.S. SORRY FOR POSTING IT LATE. I NEVER HAD THE TIME TO POST IT. TODAY'S A NICE DAY ANYWAY. ...... I DUNNO WHY,THOUGH. A WEEK BEFORE THE MIDDLE OF THE MIDDLE. HMN. NOT VERY SPECIAL, COME TO THINK OF IT. AH WELL.
P.P.S. I SUCK IN WRITING DESCRIPTIONS AND SYNOPSIS, SORRY. AND THE TITLE'S LAME, TOO.
