'I ducked another punch, throwing my body to the left in an effort to offset his balance. It worked. I grasped his outstretched arm, left hand wrapped in an iron grip around his wrist, right encircling his bicep. I twisted my body around so I was underneath him and laid my forearms against my shoulders. I braced myself, and with one swift movement I swung my arms in an arc over my head, his body following. Every muscle in my arms screamed in protest as they were stretched apart, and almost simultaneously snapped back together.
