A single edge of a sword can take a humans soul . win a man takes a life with his sharp edge , it bonds the swords man soul and the victim soul  together so no pain will escape.  single sheet of metal can do so. That's in the eye of the viewer . If you had this edge wat would you do with it . Would you yous it for the better or the worst . In the end the one who has the blade for good or bad . The blade is a sign of 
sins . Will you bare the burden for good or will you in brace it for evil
