Meet seventeen year old Rose... a simple, music loving teenage girl who wants nothing more than to be able to write music and provide for her family. With her younger sister in a coma and only her alcoholic mother paying the medical bills, things aren't going to great.

That is until a new student shows up at her school and just so happens to be the worlds youngest, most successful song writer Lucas Connelly. 

And when Rose just so happens to catch Lucas's interest, things begin to go upstream for both of them.
