Country and City:The Story of the Robinsons (the title shortened here) is about a musician who meets an ex-songwriter at a place he is playing a set at. They begin talking after the songwriter Laylee tells Ray the musician she likes his set and soon afterward find themselves going into the studio together, so Laylee can have one last try at writing something. But one last try turns into a mixtape full of songs. As time progresses, that's not the only thing that does. Ray and Laylee begin to build more than just commonality in their love for music. As time passes, they begin to give eachother something each of them needed but didn't have, Love. Sadly though, things don't go all as smoothly in the music world for them. Ray gets caught up in things out of his control and controversy begins to happen. So much so, that Laylee decides to write a book to set the story straight once and for all. This is set to become a novel. I need to give and will give you guys more with some editing, but I hope you enjoy reading what I have so far.
