The Spirits of the Forest
They've both wanted to play the hero. But in the end, who are heroes, if not just villains in someone else's story? Harriot. A girl whose 'bad qualities' were chosen before she even existed just because she was born on the wrong side of the city. When you're in this situation, you only have two option: to let them brainwash you or to prove them all wrong. And as she meets a young spirit boy, why not believe that it's finally her time? But instead of shining, she falls apart. So, here's a lesson: you can only truly know yourself after learning what betrayal means. Recalling her past, Harriot discovers that there's always the third option: revenge. Sirius. Remembered as the ruler and hero of the spirits. Forgotten as the naive boy he once was. A boy who, as it seemed, could only destroy things. But in the end, is that such a horrible talent? And when you manage to destroy yourself, why not destroy others, too? Why not be the reason the world's changing? Besides, why not use a human girl to help you? What could possibly go wrong when she doesn't even know that she's a part of your plans? Except, maybe, that you might fall in love with her....
