The true reality of being a teenager in a digital age...
Claudia Hastings is a 15 year old British girl. She is a walking stereotype, a sarcastic, Tumblr - addicted girl with just a few friends who becomes a ninja when someone touches her phone. She believes she can defy the standards of social media while not realising she is just conforming. She's in her final year of high school and she plans to come out unscathed with enough GCSEs to get into college, well of course that's the plan.
In the first novel by @ wakemeupinthemorning we finally read a realistic and truthful teenage novel where there is no drop dead gorgeous neighbour who the protaganist tames, there is no sneaking out to parties at 2a.m. and there's no secret missions underway. However there is plenty of funny drama that completely mirrors a teenagers life.
