Poetry is art, it comes from the heart and is sometimes spoken with a pen and paper. It can be a coping mechanism when you're hurting inside, when things get too complicated and stressful. Sometimes you write to express the words lodged in your throat. Whatever the reason I know I'll feel better in the end because this is how my heart speaks.
