Just a short story that I wrote a while ago for an assignment. It's about a girl who works her way through an abandoned hospital, and finds something, or someone, she didn't expect.

A broke, unemployed girl with a nursing degree who just can't seem to find a job... until she finds an ad in the paper for an insane asylum. Frankie Riley was the youngest of three. She was sweet, smart, kind and beautiful, making her older siblings a bit jealous of her and all of the achievements she had. She was only one year behind her sister, Tatum, making her a Sophomore at Woodsboro High. Her life seemed perfect. She said to herself trying to calm her heartbeats. She stood right in front of the dusty glass door. Placing both her hands on it she tried to push the door. For the split of a second she saw a young lady, her hands and face covered in blood, impatiently banging on the door. The wind around her went crazy. She heard random whispers in her head. Rhea was unable to focus on anything around her but the lady. The lady was saying something but for Rhea it felt like some random lips movement. She was scared out of her wits. Then suddenly everything went dead silent. The lady vanished. The whispers and the wind stopped. But then Rhea saw light imprints of blood on the glass door under the dusty layer. ************************************ This book basically contains short horror stories of my own imagination.
