I was staring into a face that I loved, tears streaming down my face, and in Katyia's eyes there was sorrow and pain too, she was feeling for me, matching my grief every step of the way. Mic had known exactly who he was. He knew that he liked to keep a low profile, be in control, sit on the sidelines and observe, comment, judge. He had felt, naturally, that he was better than most because, well, he just was. He was certainly not the sort to commit murder. That is until Phoenix and the Bag Man came along.
