Not every teenager can say their life was turned upside down and came out of the experience with nothing more than a head rush. But Rae De los Reyes can.

After their parents died and she and her brothers were forced to adjust, Rae was abandoned by her best friends for greener pastures. For a year, she distracted herself with hot lead and burnt rubber, using cars as a lifeline until she was strong enough to face the world that shunned her.

It was Rae's junior year in college when she's blindsided by signs that weren't supposed to be there. When the beginning is the end, the end is only the beginning, and nothing is what it seems, will Rae go full speed ahead? Or will the seduction of the past slow her down?

I survived #SparkNA class, and this is the proof!

While we all bite our nails waiting for Spark Books' decision on the books that are going to be published and when, have a little taste of my blood, sweat, and tears. Figuratively speaking, of course, because I'd like to think this story would taste better than that if it was edible. ^^

Thank you in advance for reading, and I hope to hear from you! Highs, lows, good, bad, and all the hellos. I'll take 'em all. <3
