The higher levels of the cities are for the wealthy the lower levels are for the poor. The Cyber Sword has access to many technologies but their man power is low, they have droids for low level missions but special detectives know as Cyber swords. Most security is privatized. Over the course of his life, he is outcasted, but luckily he had a friend there through it all. However, when Uzi wants to sneak out one night to find a part of a Railgun, not only does his past get further revealed, but grows attached to a group of girls he thought he would never be with. P.S.
