Once a Thief

Ember Addams had always been dependent upon someone to take care of her but when her guardian/mentor died she’d been forced to follow his last wishes and go to Paris to find Jack Blanchard for protection. After six months in Jack’s care and tutelage Ember decided she’d be better off on her own.
Five years later, she’s independent, has made a name for herself and is enjoying her life. But when she takes a job that makes her need Jack’s services she finds she still has feelings for him. Will she be able to control her feelings and keep her independence or will they consume her completely?
