A young girl by the name of Nivona Jefferies has been in a terrible accident, only with one of humanity's greatest enemies, a Vampire. The vampire died and the doctors decided to use the vampire's blood to save Nivona's life, the only side effect is that she is now Vampire and doesn't fit in anywhere. Her right eye is different than her left, instead of just being red with the normal, rounded pupil and whites of a normal, human eye, it is black with a slit pupil but the same red iris. Her best friend is another of humanity's enemies, a werewolf, with a similar backstory too, only he was attacked in an alleyway and nearly torn to bits by a werewolf pack. No one knew. Niko's mom warned her about not getting to close to Ashton as his family was an enemy to theirs. She couldn't help but feel the need to talk to him. To protect him. To touch him. Most importantly to love him. Niko follows Ashton into the woods and what they both discover they will never forget.
