In a land where each tribe has a Potestatem, or a powerful being, a sixteen year old girl finds out that she is the Videat Omnia Potestatem. They only have their potestatem show up every 100 years, or whenever a new war starts, unlike the other 6 tribes who have one every time one dies.
When Sebastian Strider starts a war and tries to destroy her whole tribe, will Zara be able to kill him and save hundreds of people?
