The world is in ruins the after affect of the 15 year long world war three. People can't make good money. The surviving population, mostly teenagers and orphans of war, began to group together making gangs, assassin groups, fighting cages, thieves groups and mercenary groups.

 Kate is a fourteen year old girl born at the beginning of the war.  She was taken from her home four years ago, three years before the war ended. 

She wakes up one day in  a home for  a thieves group called the Rotting Root. Problem is she doesn't know who she is or what she has done, but the leader of the group does and that isn't exactly a good thing. 

Her memories come back to her slowly but she cant remember who she was before the Root. She sets into the destroyed world to find out who she was before that night four years ago, but is it worth the people she risks and what she finds out?
