Summary: Phil moved to a small town in order to help run the family restaurant for a year. He only plans to be there for a year but he doesn't account for Dan, the writer who loves the town and surrounding forest he calls home. While Phil doesn't want to hurt Dan when he moves away, he can't help falling in love with soft smiles, endless conversations, and the boy who always carries a journal.
