Charlotte Cunningham was once in love with Klaus Mikaelson, as was he for her. She has no memory of their love. They were once happy - he made her forget about all the problems in her life and made her feel loved. Mikael comes to kill Klaus so he flees, without Charlotte, and she ends up dying.
266 years later they meet again. Charlotte slowly remembers everything, but heres the catch. She wasn't the person she once was.
