After the events of Season One.

The singularity opens over Central City, and Barry manages to close it, but not before someone unexpected falls through from the other side. From an Alternate Universe, Barry Allen's biological sister Moira Allen falls through the worm hole and gets stuck, in a world where practically everything is the same as her own, only she never existed. She's not exactly helpless, having been affected by the accelerator explosion in her world, which gave her telekinetic powers; But when you blow a hole in the fabric of reality, it's hard to patch up. And even though there isn't a gaping black hole in the sky, things still seem to be slipping through the cracks. When The Flash's greatest enemy returns to exact his revenge on his sister, things get dangerous fast. Can Barry and his sister stop Eobard Thawne from destroying their lives once again, or will their new familial bond make them weak enough for him to win?
