Si Kriam, dalawampung taong gulang. Alagad ng batas, mula ng magkamay ay isang matandang lalaki lang ang nakagisnan niyang nag-alaga sa kanya na tinuring niyang lolo pero namatay ito noong sampung taong gulang siya. Magmula noon ay siya nalang mag-isa ang nag-alaga sa sarili hanggang pakapagtapos siya ng senior high school at nag-trainng para maging pulis.

Hindi lang basta-basta na pulis si Kriam, isa siyang Vigilante. Pag-hindi naka-duty bilang pulis ay ginagawa parin niya ang kanyang trabaho pero sa mas marahas na paraan. Tinu-torture niya ang sino mang nahuhuli hanggang sa mangako itong hindi na uulit at kung mahuli ulit ay basta na lamang papatayin. Kapag nangako na ang sino mang kriminal sa kanya o kaya'y nalaman na niya ang gusto niyang malaman ay pakakawalan nalang niya itong bugbog na bugbog na ang katawan.

Tahimik lang sana ang lahat maging ang pagiging vigilante niya pero......
