You can ask any character, even Navi, Fi, Hylia, Vaati, Ganon, the goddesses, Skull Kid, Majora, the moon, and any other characters you can think of.
Try to stick to games I've played. These are the games that I've gotten far enough in that you can ask me questions:
A Link Between Worlds (Beaten, not including the Maiamais, or however you spell it)
Ocarina of Time (In between Fire and Water Temple).
Majora's Mask (Swamp).
Twilight Princess (Forest Temple, I think)
Wind Waker (Very first dungeon)
Phantom Hourglass (Trying to get past the fog).
You can ask questions from any of these games. You can even ask questions from games I didn't list and I will try to have the character answer as best I can.

The Goddess Hylia appointed but two children to prevent the end of the world. The powers they were promised don't come easily, and after years of outright failure, Princess Zelda can't help but wonder if Hylia chose wrong. It certainly doesn't help that the boy fate has tangled her with makes her seethe. Devotion, heartbreak, inadequacy. Faith, perseverance, and courage. This is a story of finding what lies within.
