Ladies and gentleman, roll up, roll up as the curtain rises for the greatest show on Earth. The Silver Circus has just pulled up in London but the Ringmaster's troupe are not your only entertainment for this evening. A killer is on the loose and magic lurks unseen in the dark depths of the city. Someone has to live out your fairy tales but there can be no happily ever after in the real world.
If you think the circus should be a place of laughter, fun and games then you've stumbled into the wrong tale: 17 year old Elias Thorne, a circus performer with a secret, must turn detective as the bodies stack up. But with the characters of fables and none of the morals can good ever really triumph over the big bad wolf and the troll under the bridge?
