Vaati the Wind Mage, tired of his life as a villain, seeks an escape from the monotony. And escape he does, but by accident, his escape doesn't transport him to another country; it transports him to another world: Equestria!
Deciding not to look a gift horse in the mouth, Vaati decides to settle down in this strange land of magic and friendship.
But what Vaati and his new friends don't realize yet is that his world-hopping may have consequences far direr than any of them could have possibly imagined.
